2 periods in one month

Hey ladies, I had a miscarriage in September. I had one period in October and for November I had a regular one in the first week. 4 days after my husband and I had intercourse. 4 days ago I started bleeding like a regular period, today it's light but red. According to the Pregnancy tracker I had intercourse on my ovulation day. Do you think I have a chance to get pregnant ladies!!!
