1st Time User - Thanks Glow

I have switched! Well, almost. I bought my 2 pack of Dutchess Cups off Amazon. super excited! So I showered really good and inserted it. I know I did it wrong lol I feel it. Not down there but I feel I did it wrong. I don't think it fully expanded back to a circle? I feel like it's like a taco shape. & I was unable to turn it to make sure it opened all the way up. It was so compact and too much tissue to turn it. It felt like it was suctioned? I'm not sure. I know I am going some thing wrong. I put a pad on just in case. Sure enough, I leaked. So for sure it is in wrong. I'll try again next time I use the restroom. A little discouraging. Any tips?
