Does local anesthesia for wisdom teeth extraction make you loopy?

The anesthesia these people are talking about is probably the general anesthesia. The local won’t make you loopy since it literally just numbs the area. You’ll be fine

Not like the videos you see online,  I don’t know where tf they’re getting their shit but I want some 😂 they gave me Valium and T3s, I remember feeling kind of out of it, I left the clinic very giggly and feeling quite stoned but I don’t remember the drive home or how I got into bed. I didn’t have an embarrassing reaction at all though

It didn't for me and I had it removed due to infection. The only thing about local is that you have to be vocal about what you feel. They had to do at at least 8 injections to fully numb me. So just be vocal about what you feel and they will inject more! Hope you have a great recovery, mine sucked lol!

It made me loopy but not nearly as bad as all of the YouTube videos you see of people waking up from it. I was actually so worried about how I would act after surgery that I confessed to my parents that I smoked weed a few days before I had it done 😂

I actually had to be taken out of anesthesia because I had a bad reaction and had a panic attack, so hey had to do the rest of of with me awake.. and then was prescribed Vicodin and that gave me a panic attack. But I didn’t know I had panic disorder and had never had a procedure where I needed to be put under before. It was really shitty and most people don’t have the experience I had. I was in bed for like  2 weeks, while my brother on the other hand went right back to playing video games when he was done. We’d gotten it done on the same day. My boyfriend was super loopy when he got his pulled though. It was really funny and cute lol.
