I'm nervous

I'm supposed to start my cycle in the next day or two, and I really hope the Clomid did its thing this month and we concieved. I have to take a trip to see a sick family member in a couple weeks, and it looks like ill be gone for my next fertile window if I didn't get pregnant this month. I've got another sinus infection, and in crazy tired all the time and my blobs hurt, more than I remember them ever hurting before and I've gained a few pounds already... Could it be a baby this time?
