we think that my husband has low sperm count. What should we try. we were thinking this. we have been trying  for almost 8 years. What should we do.

I’d go to a fertility doc to see if that’s the case first, have a sperm analysis done. That way he’s not taking unnecessary meds. My husband has to take pills and they give him acid reflux so bad and it’s painful for him. We wouldn’t  Want him to take them if he didn’t have to

This stuff is doing my husband wonders on count! He was at an 8 mil the first time he got check beginning of this year, 6 months later 42 mil, he goes again in 2 months and I'm expecting more, but my husband is 22 but only has one ball... and was a heavy smoker/drinker for years.... his mother bought it all for him.

Same here for 8 years been trying but will be my second baby I, we tried it my husband took it with other vitamins also but didn’t work !? Maybe because we didn’t try harder. But this month we are trying. Good luck to you and every mama out there trying

These are just vitamins, not meds, so id say it wouldn’t hurt for your husband to take them. BUT I think you should get a sperm analysis done to know for sure and that way you will have a baseline of his numbers. So then you can do a repeat analysis after 90 days of taking these vitamins and see if anything has changed/improved. My husband took these for a while and his count and motility did improve.
