So two days ago my friends asked me if I wanted to come out with them tomorrow. It’s not that I don’t like them I just really can’t be bothered going out. What should I say?

Tell them no be honest. Don’t be pressured into anything you don’t want to do.

Just ask your parents to say no. Be like "mom say I can't go out." Not exactly lying that way. I did that a lot. Now I use College as a reason not to hang often.
