AF is late, symptoms but BFN

AF was due 11/22, having a lot of symptoms (light cramping on and off, swollen sore breasts and nipples, acne in my chest which never happens) but keep getting BFN. Using the little test strips (DH has access to at his job so I don't have to waste money 😂). Maybe it's too early for a positive or maybe I'm late because of stress??

Anyone dealing with the same??
