Is it okay if I drink this?

Would it be okay it I drank Kombucha? I'm almost 12 weeks and wondering if it could affect the baby...

I do. Read the ingredients though... some add green tea, which is bad. An alternative are Kevita Sparkling Probiotic drinks! Good gut benefits, no caffeine, trace alcohol, etc.

If you drank kombucha before pregnancy or breastfeeding and didn’t have any adverse effects, you are probably fine continuing to drink kombucha in moderation (no more than a few ounces at a time, with a max of 8-16 ounce per day, depending on how much you drank before pregnancy.)

I’ve had it a couple times, it has the same amount of natural alcohol as orange juice because it ferments. My doctor said it’s fine I’m small amount but if you aren’t comfortable with it then don’t do it. I don’t think young kids would be able to drink it if it didn’t have a “safe” amount of alcohol
