7 weeks and 4 Days, how do I know my baby is okay?

Hello everyone! I’m currently 7 weeks and 4 Days with my first! I had transvaginal scans at 6 weeks and my little bean was doing fine and had a strong heartbeat. I’m 22 years old. No history of miscarriage, and in pretty good health BUT I’m about to worry myself crazy!! How do I know he/she is okay in there?? I’m so anxious for my next appointment at 9 weeks to check on my baby! Anyone else a worry wart like me!? Lol

Just pray and live healthy. You see the doc monthly so you will be fine. i didn't see the Dr for first time until after 7 weeks. I read every thing they have me and used apps and all was well.

I got a fetal Doppler during my first pregnancy. That kept me sane. However, I found out I was pregnant really late... around 7 weeks. So for me my appointments were around the corner. 
I bought my Doppler because I was diagnosed with a  subchorionic hematoma at 8 weeks.
