What does carple tunnel in pregnancy feel like ? I feel like I have it I'm hoping that's what it is and not something else .

Answer

For me, I only noticed it when I woke up in the mornings and my fingers were swollen so that I couldn’t bend them all the way. I don’t remember it being painful but I started wearing a wrist brace to bed which helped with the swelling (I curl my hand/wrist when I sleep).
Anyhow, if you think it’s carpal tunnel, get a wrist brace and see if that helps!
