Why do us girls love getting given teddy bears from our boyfriends?

I mean... I don’t like getting teddy bears. My perfect gift would be a lavender or basil plant or something. 
But if my bf got me a teddy bear I’d still be happy just cos he went out of his way to get me something, to try to show me he cares about me 😊

First of all, it's like your cuddle buddy #2 when your boyfriends not around !! And if it smells like him it's a PLUS! Secondly, teddy's r just cuteee gifts to receive from a loved one, especially your boyfriend.
