LH surge

Ladies, 1st time using test strips & I was entering todays data. On the OPK test section, it asks if there's an LH surge or not - if I've a faint line, is that a yes or a no? Is the yes only on the positive ovulation day? I want to try & keep my chart as accurate as possible. TIA 😊
