WTH going on?

Question

Woke up because my stomach was cramping so I went to the bathroom to sh!÷ and on top of the cramping in my stomach the skin that hangs out between my vagina lips seem to be swollen and making me very uncomfortable so I decided to take a bath after my body relaxes because of the hot water I gotta sh!÷ again and then I take a shower now I'm in bed waiting on my green tea to get finish so I can try to go back to bed.  Any advice don't judge me..

Lol I’m sorry for laughing just the way you’ve written this really tickled me! 
I’d say when you were shitting you’ve strained a bit and there’s already a lot more blood flow to the vagina in pregnancy so it’s just exacerbated this. Perhaps you’re even getting varicose veins down there. I wouldn’t worry unless it’s really concerning you then get checked out by a doctor :)

How far along are you? It’s common for your vulva to start swelling in the 3rd trimester when your blood volume is higher and your baby is putting pressure on your veins down there.
