You could get an ornament that says “baby’s first Christmas” and give it to people as their gift. As you’re handing it to them just say “this will come in handy next year” 😊

We announced on Christmas last year with a wrapped personalized onesie for each of our parents and siblings. They all opened them at the same time. We also filled the box with Baby Ruth candy bars because our last name is Ruth.
