So my baby was born 11/20 but I️ started pumping yesterday 11/24. I️ had to wait because I️ had an infection and she was in the NICU.

So last night I️ did it for 20 mins and got about 4 oz almost.

Today I️ did it for 10 mins and got 2 oz

(This is for both breast)

I️ feel like it didn’t want to come out this morning.

So this my first time pumping ever. What’s average milk amount to get?

Do you just pump until no more milk comes out?

And how often in a day do you pump?
