Someone please help! 🙈

I got a positive OPK on the 13th of November, glow says AF is due tomorrow. I have had really bad cramps today and feel like it’s coming but only had dark brown spotting but nothing there when I wipe.

What do you think is happening? Do you think AF is on her way or more like implantation?
