Anyone else freaking out when baby doesn't move ? And do I have to count her kicks all the time ? I'm a FTM and a nervous wreck lol

I'm currently 28w4d n I've read a few stories n try to stay away from them on how we should be very watchful when it comes to babys movements, because of still birth n that's my worst nightmare so when baby doesn't move I do anything to make her move and she does lol but lately she moves a lot through out the day and at night is when she sleeps but before she would move a lot in the night, probably she's changing her sleeping routine? N is kick counting something I HAVE to do? Or just when she isn't moving? N she doesn't kick she just rolls around most of the time
