5+3 sore back and light spotting

So for 3 days iv had a sore back from lower to mid well after sex this last night , this morning I wiped and had red tinged spotting . Panic has kicked in !!! I did a digi Friday afternoon and got 2-3 weeks so went and bought another today kinda piece of mind , trying to calculate my hcg levels in hope they are rising well got this .,

Has put my mind at ease for now but think I’ll request hcg bloods tomorrow. Anyone think I have anything to worry about ?
