Could this have hurt the baby?

Question

I was in the car and my boyfriend slammed on the breaks really hard bc he almost missed his turn. I flew forward (had my seatbelt on). Could this have hurt the baby? I'm 10 weeks pregnant. I'm very paranoid about everything.

Your baby at 10 weeks is tucked up safely inside your pelvis, surrounded (and cushioned) by your uterus and it’s bag of amniotic fluid.  Our bodies are designed to protect.  So please don’t worry.  
However, if you have any adverse symptoms such as pain or bleeding, you should contact your midwife/hospital.
