How many days past ovulation am I? HELP!!!

okay so I had my period on November 12th till the 15th. glow predicted that I was to ovulate on the 22nd. however I believe that I ovulated either on the 19th or 20th due to having a ton of ewcm since the 18th till the 20th (at night). if I ovulated either of those says how many days past ovulation would I be? Also how do you calculate dpo? please help.

I feel like my ovulation came on full force the day before my first day of my predicted fertile window. I had cramps and my CM level was really high and like raw egg white. I had sex on that day and day before and after! I'm praying December is my month!

I ovulated either day 13 or 14 of my cycle. 8 days seems really early...I could be wrong. Glow is just a prediction, but I've found that typically my ovulation is closer to the end of what is considered my fertile window by glow. Best thing to do would be to take OPKs to be sure when you are ovulating.

It’s hard to tell, the day after you have your lh surge is considered the day you ovulate. Example I took an opk on the 24th and it was positive. So today the 25th I’d be ovulating. Tomorrow on the 26 is 1 dpo.
