Do cheater change or nah?

Caught my boyfriend talking to alot of women on dating apps, i confronted him he said he only do it for fun. Weve been together for 4years now. Keep the long story short, i dumped him and this is what he said. Need advice :(

Since im not answering his calls,

He had his brother call me and tell me that he is very sorry for everything and is going to change and asking for 1 more chance to prove to me how much he loves me and all that bullshit. Also his brother asked me to give him a chance for him which i think was so sweet of him, in 4 years this is the first time he got involve. he knew everything he said that theres absolutely no excuse of what he had done and promised me that if his stupid brother does it again to give him a call right away and he’s the one who will teach him a lesson.

Should i give him a chance?😏🤢🤕
