My SO has been doing that lately, well for a good month now, i’ve talked to him about it, and asked him to come home early once in awhile so we can spend time and he can also spend time with our daughter, but he sill doesn’t seem to get it, so honestly i’ve given up, i mean he is seeing his friend after 5 years, and this is his best friend from childhood, so i just let it go, i feel like at some point he will come around on his own, but hopefully soon, because my daughter and i are leaving to visit his mom for 6 months in January and he isn’t coming with, so i don’t know, just going to wait it out, maybe he will come around, talk to him, tell him how you feel, ask him if something is bothering him and work from there
