Turns out he’s been talking to a coworker behind my back.

So husband and I have had trouble for over a month. He acted real distant but he’s an introvert and so just thought he was to himself. Gave him the space he wanted. But something just wasn’t sitting right. He keeps making these drives for long periods of times. Was getting really sketchy about his phone. So I decided to check to the phone records. There’s a number he’s been talking to for 100+ min conversations usually Friday Saturday’s. Since our issues I’ve been spending time with my friends and family those days so it’s obviously when I’m not around. But the first day it was our 5 year anniversary for 6 hours! He says nothing else happened just talking no hanging but he literally has closed me off for over a month so I feel just as hurt as I would if they had a full blown affair. My soul is broken. He’s such a quiet private person that I’ve always cherished our conversations bc I know they are few. But he’s spoken to her Friday saturdays in hours of plenty since having a big “idk if we should be together talk.” And he lied who it was. Made up a story it was somebody from school when it was a girl I already kinda was suspicious about from work! And oh yeah we work for the same company and I see this girl all the time! He doesn’t want me to confront her. He says he feels awful he made a mistake. Bc he shut me out and went to another girl for comfort. But how do I believe that’s all that happened? How do I go from here?
