16dpo today and no sign of AF

Scared to test... scared of the BFN!........ so I posted that in the am... today of all days....we have a 12yr old female dog and a almost 5 month old male puppy. Well my puppy kept coming over to me on the floor tonight while playing with him and sniffing my belly and licking it and snuggling up to me. i found that to be very strange. But then I started to read up on it and apparently dogs can sense this kind of stuff?!?! still haven't tested tho. I'm super scared of the BFN. Been trying foe 8 months and just don't want to go thru the emotions again. My hubby asked tonight to test and I told him I wanted to wait yet.
