allergy solutions
shots did not work for me. I've tried zyrtec and now allegra. I don't see much of a difference. I've tried flonase but it gave me a bloody nose. other solutions for indoor and outdoor allergies? I have them year round. I've used a netti pot but it only helps for an hour or so.
