Is it “wrong” to consider myself Bi when I’m only in highschool?

I wonder if I’m Bi but I’m scared to even think about it because of social norms....

"Social norms" aren't ever actually social norms. A "social norm" can be compared to a list of written laws, or the glorious "unspoken rule". I assume in your area, bisexuality is mot often spoke of or not often spoken of in a good tone, but the number of people sexually aligning themselves with bisexuality could very easily be higher than the number of people aligning themselves as straight. 
Basically, you do you because at least one other person in the world feels the way/you aren't alone.
