Are you a First Day or Sunday Starter?

I am going to start on the pill soon and my doctor told me to start the sunday after my period. However in the pamphlet that comes with the pill it says i could do that or start the first day of my period. I really just wanna know what you(if youre on the pill)chose and why? Like what is the difference between the 2? Pros and cons? Itd be much appreciated

My period was last week. My doctor told me to start today so that's what I did!

I just did the Sunday after my period ended because I like to have Sunday as the first day. maybe it's an ocd thing, idk. I think my pill pack looks nicer than relabeling the days 😂😂😂

If you just start it randomly you may have a couple periods in one month. I lined it up with my cycle so it didn't cause any issues with my period and the schedule I was already on.
