Sex after IUD!! Help

I have had the mirena for about 3 months and I had sex about 2 weeks ago and have had it 2 times in these past 2 weeks. I know it’s normal to have spotting and it started to slow down but the day after I had sex the “spotting” was fresh blood and it came for frequently. I still wouldn’t say it’s a lot of blood and would still call it spotting but the spotting I had before sex was obviously old blood and less frequent. Should I be concerned? This fresh spotting hasn’t slowed down
