Late, Late, Late HELP!

Glow has been moving my cycle. I'm usually a regular 28-29 day kind of girl. Took a test four days ago. Bfn. Did I do it enough? I have no symptoms other than mild cramps, and heavy white cm when I wipe. I also have a full feeling "down there." I am on my third month of Metformin to help with possible insulin resistance. I ovulate. I see a new RE tomorrow. Thoughts? I know that sperm can live 2-5 days in the reproductive tract. Help!
