Conflicting schedules

This may sound silly but I am lost. I been TTC for a while now. My gyno just told me I have a cyst on my ovary and some fibroid tumors. Is there no possible way I will ever become a mother? I am 39 and hubby is 45. We aren’t getting any younger and I am losing hope fast. Even though we did have sex today on my most fertile day according to this app. Anyone have any suggestions or hints on how to conceive. It’s hard to have sex a lot as he works 3pm to midnight and I work 7 am until 7 pm. I know you gotta do Baby dance but it’s hard with conflicting schedules.
