Unattractive?

I’m currently having a lot of difficulty with my fiancé and our sex life. I want it ALL the time and am constantly dropping hints, coming on to him and even dressing sexy sometimes. Nothing seems to be working. I even give him space and let him come to me and that doesn’t even work. I’ve tried to talk to him about it and he says everything is ok. I know how I am and my eye will start to wonder if I don’t feel the love at home. I’m not really sure what to do at this point. Has this happened to any of you ladies during your pregnancy?
