Need some advice
I just need some advice, my son turned 1 year old this month and i am 17 weeks pregnant. Before i got pregnant with my son i was 125 to 130lbs, i gained 50lbs due to bed rest while I was pregnant and i got back down to 140 before i got pregnant again. I'm really afraid to gain alot of weight with this baby, I'm very insecure about myself and the way i look. I'd really like to start to do some light workouts, especially to tone my butt, and legs before I give birth. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i should start?
