5 weeks along

Went to the ER since I had some spotting, cramping and lower back pain. They did an ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy because of my symptoms and due to the fact that I told them I took a plan b pill 2 days after unprotected sex I was cramping since I took the pill. My breast were extremely sore and sensitive. I lost my appetite I was always crying but I thought it was just the plan b until I was 3 days late and 2 urine pregnancy test later. I went in to the office and they confirm through a blood test I was indeed pregnant and my bhcg was 2,466 on 11/22/17. The doctor thought it might be a little low and advice I recheck Friday which I did. But yesterday I went to go pee and brown blood was coming out in small amounts with pain so I decided to go to the ER they ran a lot of test and luckily my bhcg has doubled I am at 5,127 which they say is good for the 5 week range that I am in. I was sent for an ultrasound and they saw the yolk sac and the tube that connects from me to the baby only there was no fetal pole nor heart beat seen on the ultrasound. Doc said the pregnancy is in the right place and that it pretty normal to not see anything this early on to f/u with my obgyn. I do feel a bit worry still, I am sure I'll feel like this until I know there's a baby there and the baby is okay. But I am just curious for those that have had ultrasound done early on did you have any fetal pole at 5weeks ? How early did you see your baby on the ultrasound?
