I need some help.

So on the 17th of October I was just under 6weeks pregnant and started to spot, I went to the drs that day and the test came up negative, I bled lightly until the 26th October. Last Tuesday (a week ago today) I started to have sore boobs and they have gotten bigger I also felt nausea and have had to pee frequently so I did a test and got a faint positive. Could I be pregnant even without having a period? I have not have any signs of AF and have kept the pregnant symptoms. I have not tested again yet as I don’t want to get my hopes up. I have already had 2 miscarriage this year.
