I couldn't swim this summer because the cold water made my nipples hurt so bad I wanted to cry! But if you can swim without pain or discomfort, go for it!

Swimming is very good for you while you’re pregnant. Unless you’re turning blue in the water, you and baby should be fine.

Swimming is great for pregnancy. It wash favorite thing to do, because it relieves back and hip pain in my second and third trimesters. You won’t be hurting a thing, and it’s highly recommended. Go swimming!
