Diagnosed with threatened miscarriage! How can I cope!

#20 weeks#Sorry for tmi(pic) I'm not filling up a whole pad but only when I urinate I wipe and blood comes out with a mini clot, doctor said I must just take it easy...they don't know where the blood is coming from because my cervix is closed and the baby is fine😭 has anyone been okay after this 😓
