What is happening!?!?

Sooo, I’m 37. Was believed to have early ovarian failure and periods stopped. Been doing Bioidentical Hormone replacement therapy for a year. Bam! Periods back again (I was excited about that). One, two, three periods, waiting on number 4....still waiting....waiting....BAM! Positive digital test and several positive HPTs. 2 negative blood tests. Low HCG but still there. No bleeding or spotting. Classic pregnancy symptoms. Argh!!!! Am I pregnant!?!? I don’t understand what’s going on. Asking for another round of blood work tomorrow. Anyone been through this before?
