Migraine remedies?

Ugh, I'm dying from the pain and nothing is working. Anyone have good migraine remedies while pregnant that have worked to even ease the symptoms? I have a lengthy history of migraines and seeing that I can't use my normal meds any longer, I'd love to hear your advice.

Ice pack on the head? I don't get migraines, so I don't know if that would help or not.

I took choline supplements while pregnant and it seemed to help. I've resumed taking them post birth too since noticing the migranes came back when I stopped.

I get horrible tension headaches and an ice pack and some Tylenol and caffeine help for the most part.

My coworker swears by and recommended peppermint essential oil knowing that I've been suffering from headaches/migraines for a few weeks now. She said she prevents getting migraines herself by applying a couple of drops to the base of her skull/behind her ears. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to as I'm getting desperate. Otherwise, my doctor recommended a little caffeine in the mornings along with ice packs...

Start taking magnesium. Migraines are a sign of magnesium deficiency. You can also get magnesium oil and apply it externally.

I’m sorry, girl! I had a few headaches while pregnant, but no migraines. My favorite headache remedy is almonds and ginger tea. Something in both of those things help with headaches, so they may take the edge off your migraines. You should definitely let your OB know about your migraines as well.

Fill the sink with hot water sit on the sink with your hands and feet in there and an ice pack on the back of your neck.   This redirects blood flow and sometimes does the trick.   I have chronic migraines and end up in the ER for them.  Unfortunately being pregnant limits what you can have and I absolutely despise IV push morphine because it makes everything hurt before it makes you just not care anymore

I take a shower and wash my hair and this helps me sometimes. 
I then get ready for bed I brush my teeth and wash my face and get in bed in a dark quiet room. I put a warm cloth on my head and just work on my breathing (I tend to vomit with migraines) and just try to relax. Sometimes this helps and it slowly starts to ease. 
I also use essential oils so I diffuse or run topically. 
My husband eats ice cream and that helps with his migraines.
