myomectomy vs uterine artery embolisation

I am a 31 year old female, married with no children yet. I have a 10.1cm fibroid and uterus the size of a 4-5 month pregnancy. My gynecologist has given me option of open surgery myomectomy or uterine artery embolisation (uae). I am so afraid of having open surgery. The risks of a myomectomy is blood loss so blood transfusion or hysterectomy. The risk of a uae is infection or infertility. I am really stuck as to what to do. Has anyone been through this? I would really appreciate advice/previous experience.
