Advice Please

I currently live in Colorado but I have nothing holding me here (no kids, no husband, no serious job). I have always loved Washington and I think I'm ready to make a big change in my life and move, simply because I can. I'm doing research online but I thought I'd get opinions from you guys, so...

Do any of you live in Washington or have experience there? What would be the best towns to look at and where can I find affordable living? Any tips or recommendations about Washington (or even Oregon) would be great!

Or if anyone has just up and moved by themselves before and has advice I'd love to hear it!! 😊
