I am 2 months post partum and exclusively pumping breast milk. I stared my damn period again on Thanksgiving (November 23rd) it's very heavy :( 
how long does the first period usually last?

Mines lasted for a week. Which is what it was when I wasn’t pregnant

I am in the same situation. Breast feeding only. Had  baby on September 10th. Cycle came November 19th last 7 days which is pretty normal for me. First couple days where heavy, it lighten last few days.
