OPK hit or miss?

Hi everyone! I’m new to the forum. I have been trying for about 5 months now to conceive. I’ve used opk kits in the past and have resorted to them again. I’m just trying to get an idea If I timed it right. Feeling defeated and doubtful. I have a beautiful 5 year old boy but really wanting to expand our family. Any positive vibes and prayers to lift this mama up is helpful.
