Help!! I'm kinda worried!!!

So I had a miscarriage last Monday and I went for an ultrasound and they said I was empty and clear so I had started to stop bleeding a little bit and then today I started passing blood clots again and I'm kinda worried I don't want to get an infection! I don't know what to do I've already called my doctor and the nurse was gonna ask but never called me back...
