IUD inserted today! Need advice.
Just got my Mirena Hormonal IUD put in today (woof). My OB/GYN told me that I would stop getting a period eventually, but I just read in the pamphlet that only 2/10 women stop getting periods. The main reason I chose an IUD as my form of birth control was to stop periods, so hopefully that’s not the case. How many of you that have an IUD stopped getting periods? Also, any tips/experiences you can give me? Ty. :-)
