Pulling feeling behind belly button??
I’m 12 weeks pregnant and almost every night around the same time I feel a pulling sensation behind my belly button. And sometimes I feel pressure with a fluttering feeling bellow my belly button after I push down on my belly. Is this the baby moving or something else?
