Death without a will? **long**

My parents are older and the way that they are is that they'll mean to do a will but won't get around to it until it's too late. Since my older brother started his family and I my own, there's been a lot of talk about who gets what from their side.

My sister in law came over today and brought up how we wouldn't split my parents house in which they live in 50/50 because my brother's older...🤔🤔 pardon???

My parents put the house under my brother's name for some reason and didn't include mine because I was too young at the time but the mortgage is paid off by my parents. My parents want us to split it equally but if she doesn't do a will then i don't think it'll matter what she wants.

My brother keeps saying we'll talk when the time comes since my parents aren't deceased but his wife's always in his ear so I'll for sure get screwed over..

She once got mad at him for getting a bank loan for the family business because she doesn't want the debt if they ever got divorced but she wants the money from the store🙄🙄

How do I go about with this? Should i trust that my brother will do what my parents want or will he just do whatever his wife says?
