baby registry question!

I’m pregnant with our first and finally registering! I’ve decided on Target and Amazon as all the baby stores (Babies R Us, Buy Buy Baby) are an hour away in Orlando. Anyway, when registering did you put the same item on both registries or keep them completely different?? I know my step mom (my mom died 5 years ago) will be inviting some elderly family members to my shower so I wanted give them the option of a store to go to instead of ordering online.

Also, any product recommendations are welcome! :)
