upright stroller suggestions?

are their any strollers that sit completely upright? maybe 90°s or close preferably with a snack tray (He loves his snacks), lightweight, and can carry a heavy amount of weight. my son is almost 10 months and hates his stroller. He looks so uncomfortable when sitting at an incline and can barely see next to him. He likes sitting up and looking around. He's a really big boy size and weight of a 2 year old so the straps on my stroller don't loosen anymore for him to pull himself forward, I have to position him just right every time or I can't buckle him in the stroller if he's slightly slouching which is hard with the incline. as many suggestions as possible please I would like to get one asap. Oh also a bit off topic but is the contoures tandem double stroller decent? id it lightweight? and does it hold a lot of weight? I'm pregnant and I'm thinking about getting it I would like one double strroller and one singular stroller for the kids.
