Did anyone have success on TTC #2 with Clomid on 1st round?

I had to use Clomid with my son, fell pregnant 1st round 50mg cycle days 5-9. Dr has me starting same dosage same days this week. Has anyone had success falling pregnant with baby number 2 on first round after having to use Clomid for baby number 1 as well?
