is this normal?? TMI

I'm 7w3d and I noticed I have EWCM. Is this normal to have during pregnancy or could it be a sign something is wrong? Someone said it means I'm losing my mucus plug already but I don't trust her as she's not a Dr. Someone please help me. Lol. I've had a miscarriage and I'm so scared.
